Our adult division offers fitness-oriented classes for mature students of any age looking to improve fitness and strength.

Yin Yoga

This slow paced style of yoga includes seated floor postures held for 3-5 minutes. Gently awaken the major joints of your body and release stored tension.  (60 minutes)

Power Yoga

This challenging class synchronizes breath with movement and is designed to increase strength while improving flexibility and balance.  (60 minutes)
